The core principle of the design is to preserve the existing ecosystem including the body of water and vegetation as much as possible. The program is designed to provide diversified activities for the residents as well as to integrate with nature. While a water management system was incorporated into the design of the park, the park has also become an educational center for sustainable uses of water resources.
