The Super Tube
Jiadu is a new large residential community located in a suburb of Beijing. A rectangular site size of 600-meter by 55-meter surrounded by four high-rise residential building parcels was designated for Jiadu
Central Park. The site is flat and bare. The demographic statistics have indicated that in such a residential community, most residents are young couples with children.

Existing Condition
For this specific type of community, a park would be the best to provide an essential environment for the residents to relax and meet their new neighbors. For children, it is crucial to have a safe, healthy, and inspiring environment. The community park provides such an environment and encourages the children to take an active part in their communities from an early age.
